Ilkay Baylam joined Planetree as Adjunct Staff in May 2017, where he provides consultation to key stakeholders on the implementation of Planetree’s relationship-centered model of care and international certification criteria as well as organizational assessments.

Prior to his current role, Ilkay Baylam worked as a full time Manager for Patient Centered Care at Anadolu Medical Center (AMC), Turkey where he oversaw and coordinated the implementation and continued development of AMC’s patient centered care culture.
Mr. Baylam holds an MBA degree from Yeditepe University in Turkey and a BA degree in Tourism Management from Dokuz Eylul University in Turkey. Mr. Baylam is also a member of the International Liaisons Committee of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
