During your stay, you have the right to access your medical records and your results at any time.

Should you need to access them, feel free to inform your physician and nursing team of your request. Our care providers will explain the results and history with full transparency and in a language that is accessible to you, answering any questions you may have.

After Your Discharge

If you wish to request a copy of your medical records after discharge, please present personally to our Medical Records Department with your identity card.

If you wish to send your legal representative, make sure to provide him/her with an authenticated delegation and a copy of your identity card. A member of our team will contact you for verification and validation before handing over any files.
