Prior to your appointment with your doctor, make sure to bring the following:

A list of medication you are currently on

Copies of any tests or x-ray scans

A medical history relating to your condition

During your appointment, take advantage of the time allotted to you to ask your doctor any questions or raise any concerns you may have.
