Over 40 years of experience in the field of nursing and hospital administration. Recepient of numerous awards at the international and national level. Spearheaded many first initiatives in nursing in Lebanon, the last being the first Magnet Designated facility at AUBMC in the Middle East which focuses on transformational leadership, work environment of the nurse, nursing outcomes, and research. Currently consultant both at the regional and national level with emphasis on nursing, hospital accreditations, and the culture to make changes.
