Coordinated the technical Nursing Program (1989-1998) and the Continuing education at AUBMC, and contributed to many projects including Magnet designation, American Nursing Credentialing Center accreditation, leader of the Institutional Balanced score Card.
Abroad assumed many positions and commissioned many hospitals.
