*Symptoms include fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, earache, body ache, fatigue, and shortness of breath.
Who should self-isolate?
People who have tested positive or have been exposed to a positive case.
For how long?
Self-isolate for either 10 days or 3 days after the symptoms go away, whichever is longer.
Please note that isolation depends on symptoms and their severity, so please seek further advice from your physician.
How to self-isolate:

- Sleep in a separate room and use a separate bathroom.
- Stay in a well-ventilated room, with a window if possible.
- Do not get in contact with other people.
- Clean your hands often.
- Avoid sharing household items (dishes, towels, cutleries, etc.).
- Disinfect and clean your surroundings daily.
- Wear a facemask if you are out of your room.
- Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing.
- Monitor your symptoms and seek medical help if your situation gets worse.

- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, especially when your hands are not clean.
