For your convenience, the admission department at Bellevue is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The admission process is carefully designed to minimize waiting times.

Once your physician has determined the need for admission to the hospital, you will be asked to present certain papers to the admissions office.

There are 3 admitting offices around the hospital:

  • Main admission office: For all in-patients.
    Location: Ground Floor (GF)
    Opening hours: Mon.- Fri. 7 am-3 pm; Sat. 7 am-12 pm
  • Emergency unit admitting office
    Location: Basement 1 (B1)
    Opening hours: 7 days/week, 24 hours a day
  • Out-patient department billing office
    Location: Basement 1 & 2 (B1, B2)
    Opening hours: 7 am-7 pm

It is Bellevue’s policy that all patients who arrive for treatment will be seen, regardless of financial status, religion, financial class, or national origin.

The admission process is carefully designed to minimize waiting times.

Billing and Discharge

 

We work to ensure that your invoices are prepared in an efficient, timely manner.

For your convenience, you can wait in your room until your bill is settled. Both cash and credit card are accepted.
